Floats - Intro Photo

All (apart from one pattern) have full carbon stems, making each float perfectly balanced and incredibly strong. All the bristle floats within the range have highly visible tips, making them perfect in all weather conditions.

To complement the ‘C’ range, we went through the same process to develop a range of floats to cover rivers and canals. This range is the blue ‘M’ series. With 6 different patterns, covering all of your river and canal fishing needs, this is the definitive range for the UK angler.

So visit your local MAP stockist to see why some of the best anglers in the country are already using these patterns.

New for 2007/8 comes a complete new range of pole floats featuring extra durable bodies, highly visible hollow tips and carbon stems.

Look on any shop shelf or counter, and you will see hundreds of brightly coloured pole floats. If you look carefully at most of the patterns, you will see that 80% are not really suited or designed to the style of fishing we do in the UK. Floats are a personal choice; however we all know that certain shapes and sizes are required to suit the different venues we fish. With the demands of commercial fishing, our product design team and Consultants have looked carefully at what patterns, shapes and sizes were required to suit the different fisheries up and down the country, and after months of hard work, research and field testing we came up with a simple range of pole floats called the ‘C’ series. These all black, no nonsense floats have no fancy colours, just the correct shapes and sizes to do the job.
